Financial Precaution
The requirements of financial precautions are different depending on age, phase of life and specific special events. With an early planning of your provisions we can evaluate your goals (e.g. time of retirement, etc). We are more than happy to advise you on your professional provisions and especially regarding your private provisions (Swiss Savings “Third Pillar – 3a”).
Swiss „Vorsorgeauftrag“ (kind of a health care proxy)
The Swiss Vorsorgeauftrag (health care proxy) allows you to decide while being well. We will represent you in case you should not be able to decide for yourselves any longer in Switzerland in such a situation and where no „health care proxy“ is in place the public authority called KESB (German abbreviation for “Children- and Adults- Protectors authority”). We help you to generate such a „Vorsorgeauftrag“ and will review it for you and with you on a regular basis. Of course we are ready to accept a faithful proxy according to your „Vorsorgeauftrag“ in case you would not be judicious anymore and we would act accurate according to your appointment, but always in your best interest.
Last Will
A last will, in order to be valid, has to fulfill certain formalities. We will show you how to create and write a last will and which topics to focus on. You will decide yourselves between holographic and official public last will.
Execution of last will
With the death of a human, a lot of formalities need to be fulfilled immediately. Beside public obligations there is very often not enough time for the mourning and the family.
